The role of the NANP has been to support Kāhui Ako in the assessment, review and the reappointment of people to the Kāhui Ako Leader and Across School Teacher roles. This role has enabled the NANP to follow the progress of Kāhui Ako across the country over time and interviews with over 2,500 Leaders and Across School Teachers has given them insights into the practices, accomplishments and challenges that have emerged across these education communities.
